Your Will needs to be stored in an accessible but safe place. We offer safe storage of Wills in our offices.

Anyone over the age of 18 that trust can be an executor of a Will, you can also ask your solicitor to be an executor.

Yes you can, with our software writing your own will is simple. However, we would not recommend this for a complex estate.

We would usually advise you to have a solicitor at least check your Will after you've written it to ensure it'll have the effect you want.

The witnesses of your will need to not benefit from your Will and be over the age of 18, you need two witnesses for the signing.

You may request our Solicitors witness the signing of your Will. You can book this service here.
