Meet the dispute resolution team at PM Law solicitors in Sheffield;
Laura Thorpe, Litigation Executive
Laura studied Law and Criminology at Sheffield University and has completed the CILEx training, qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2009. Laura enjoys her role at PM Law within the Civil Litigation and Employment department, dealing with a variety of claims for businesses and consumers.
Outside work Laura enjoys shopping and socialising with family and friends. She also likes to experiment in the kitchen cooking and baking, and enjoys travelling to the west coast of America.
Yvonne Gregor, Paralegal
Yvonne graduated in Criminal Justice from Liverpool John Moores University in 2014 and is a paralegal within the Civil Litigation Department. She is responsible for providing legal advice as well as assisting with the preparation of court documents and helping with the dispute resolution and employment files.
Yvonne has travelled around Australia and South East Asia and in her spare time she enjoys catching up with her family and friends in Liverpool.
Minnie Palfreyman, Dispute Resolution Assistant
Minnie has a degree in Law and is studying for her LPC. As part of the Dispute Resolution team she is involved in the preparation of documents for a wide range of cases.
When not at work or studying, Minnie enjoys exploring the Peak District with her dog and the occasional shopping trip.
Fiona Almazedi, Employment Law Consultant
Fiona acts as an employment law consultant for PM Law. She has a Law Degree from Coventry University and LPC from De Montfort University. She qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has a wealth of experience in all areas of employment law from unfair dismissals and contract claims through to complex claims involving all forms of discrimination, as well as other specialist areas such as whistleblowing and TUPE. She has been an advocate at Employment Tribunals for many years, delivering results for clients from all backgrounds.
