• Initial Review of documentation, advice and preparing relevant Notice (s8 rent arrears and s21)
If you require notice for non rent arrears grounds or not a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy fees will differ and need to be discussed prior to instruction

• Section 8 notice for rent arears and Section 21 Notice £185.00 + VAT
• Drafting and serving of additional notices £25.00 + VAT
• Initial Review only (and unable to serve notice) £100.00 + VAT
• Preparing and issuing necessary possession proceedings with the County Court under Section 21 Notice £575.00 + VAT
• Preparing and issuing necessary possession proceedings with the County Court under Section 8 Notice £675.00 + VAT
• Preparing bundle and dealing with Review Hearing £300.00 + VAT
• Court Fee to Issue Proceedings (subject to change) £355.00 + VAT
• Advocacy fee in addition if required for final hearing TBA
• Warrant for Possession

We reserve the right to charge on an hourly rate basis if the matter becomes complex. This will be a reduced hourly rate from £201 to £175 plus vat and disbursements.
